TV I9 is the official TV app for your i9 Telecom plan. Log in with your email and customer password and watch the channels in your package on your cell phone, tablet, or Android TV — without installing anything other than the app. HOW IT WORKS Access uses the same account you already have with the provider. Enter your registered email and password, and your channel guide is automatically loaded, according to the contracted package. There is no need to enter a server address, list, or any technical configuration. MADE FOR YOUR TV On Android TV, the app is operated entirely by the remote control. The arrows navigate the guide, the CH+ and CH- buttons change channels directly in full screen, and the back button closes the menus. The focus is always visible, highlighted in the brand color, so you know where you are even from a distance. THREE WAYS TO VIEW CHANNELS Choose from the side menu how the list appears over the video: • Grid — all channels in blocks, occupying the screen; • Right-hand list — side column, leaving the video visible; • Footer — horizontal bar at the bottom, to change channels without missing anything that's playing. The choice is saved for future use. STABLE PLAYBACK The player monitors the transmission at all times. If the channel freezes, loads for too long, or the connection fluctuates, the application reconnects automatically and resumes playback, without you needing to exit and enter again. ALSO ON MOBILE AND TABLET The same account works on mobile and tablet, in portrait or landscape mode. Upon opening, the application resumes the last channel watched. SCREEN CONTROL The number of simultaneous screens follows your plan. The app shows how many screens are in use and warns when the limit is reached. YOU NEED TO BE A CUSTOMER TV I9 is exclusive to i9 Telecom subscribers with an active TV plan. The content displayed is from the package you contracted with your provider.
