TutorLog is a shared workspace for driving instructors and their students in Cyprus. The instructor plans the lesson, writes up what happened afterwards, and keeps track of scheduling and balances. The student sees exactly the same record — what to revise before the next lesson, how the last one went, and what is still owed. One place both people can trust, instead of a notebook, a WhatsApp thread, mental arithmetic, or worse, no notes at all INVITE ONLY TutorLog is not a directory of instructors. Every instructor gets a short code, and students join by entering it. There is no public search, no reviews and no ratings — you only ever see the people you actually work with. FOR INSTRUCTORS - Lesson logs — write up a lesson while it is fresh. Freeform notes first, then quick skill ratings and photos of routes, paperwork or mock test sheets. A log locks 48 hours after it is created; after that you can still append notes. - Next-lesson plans — set goals and focus skills for an upcoming lesson, add revision notes, and give the student a checklist to tick off before you meet. - Calendar — week and day views with drag to create. Mark slots as open for booking, blocked or personal, and repeat open slots weekly. - Booking inbox — students request your open slots; accept, decline or propose a different time. - Student roster — lessons completed, hours, next lesson and outstanding balance at a glance, with a full timeline per student. - Balances — set a price per lesson, see what is unpaid, mark lessons as paid and export a CSV. - Chat — a private thread per student, with image attachments. FOR STUDENTS - See your lesson plan before you arrive, including anything to revise. - Read the full log after each lesson, with your instructor's notes and skill ratings. - Book from your instructor's open slots and get an answer in the app. - Track what you have paid and what is still outstanding. - Message your instructor directly. FOR DRIVING SCHOOLS Manage a roster of instructors, message them as a group, and see how the school is doing. PAYMENTS TutorLog records payments — it does not process them. There are no in-app purchases and no card details. You and your instructor settle up however you already do; the app just keeps a shared, honest record so nobody has to remember. LANGUAGES Full English and Greek. WHAT IT DOES NOT DO Practical lessons only — no theory-test material. No instructor marketplace, no reviews, no lead generation. An account is required, and students need their instructor's code to join.
