With Tudatos Közlekedő you can report problems detected on BKK and MÁV vehicles. You can report not only faults on public transport in the capital (bus, tram, trolleybus, metro, HÉV), but also on MÁV trains and intercity bus services. The more we pay attention, the more we notice — and if the service provider is informed of a problem, it typically takes the necessary steps. Tudatos Közlekedő therefore forwards the data and images provided to the competent customer service, where they take action to fix the reported faults. The report is facilitated by the "Nearby vehicles" function: based on your location, the app will find and offer the vehicle you are currently traveling on, so you can fill out the report faster and more accurately. The range of problems that can be reported is wide: technical failure, air conditioning and heating problems, waterlogging, graffiti, faulty ticket management or display, and dirt can also be reported. By submitting the report, you agree to the publication of the data and images you provide without mentioning your name. The application is an alternative solution for users who do not have a Facebook account. The service provider's response will always be forwarded to you, and you can read it in the app at any time.
