As a locally owned and operated business, we take pride in providing high-quality services to our clients. Our team offers a unique and personalised fitness experience that includes ongoing support, motivation, regular fitness programming, and fun yet challenging group fitness classes for all levels of fitness enthusiasts. As a member, you can access beautifully air-conditioned rooms, deluxe bathrooms, and an infrared sauna. We pay attention to every detail and strive to provide exceptional service to ensure you have an exceptional fitness experience. We are excited to announce that we now offer ACC-approved and accredited Barre Fitness and Mat Pilates classes for seniors aged 65 and over through the Live Stronger and Longer initiative. This initiative is endorsed and accredited by the Ministry of Health, the Health Quality & Safety Commission, and the NZ Government. At Silhouette Fitness, we understand the importance of regular exercise for seniors and want to incentivize our older community to take part in these strength and balance techniques with confidence. By partnering with Live Stronger and Longer, we can ensure the safety of our 65+ community and encourage them to exercise regularly. We welcome new members to join our classes and meet other seniors who have already reaped the benefits of these classes for years.
