Ensure solid structures and avoid cracks in timber through three independent modules: Wood Moisture & Shrinkage: Enter the wood type and humidity to calculate exactly how many millimeters the timber will shrink or expand radially and tangentially when drying. Beam Deflection: Calculate the real deflection in millimeters of supporting beams under specific loads and check whether the structure remains within the official L/300 and L/400 limit values. Joints & Fastening: Find the shear strength of nails, screws or bolts in different wood densities in accordance with Eurocode 5 standards, so you avoid failure in critical joints. The visual layout is characterized by high contrast, specifically adapted for workshop use under demanding lighting conditions, with color tones inspired by classic woodworking and millimeter drawing paper.
