We can with the application save data from the Academy and the student in independent entries. The training part was implemented a week where each day can add up to 10 sets of exercises with all the data needed to simulate a form of own gym exercises. To make the register of daily training the user must access the "records \ Training" menu and choose which day of the week you want. The default title (weekday) can be changed for better understandability if deemed necessary. After padding the fields of the register, click the "Series ->" button and a screen with the 10 series options will be displayed. Selecting one of the 10 options screen to register the exercise will be shown. This registration screen have the basic fields for the registration of the series as the name of the exercise or equipment to be used, number of series and its repetitions, the weight to be used and any comments that may be necessary. When you start training, you select via the menu "Delivering Training", the day of week that you want to be shown a list of exercises that are part of the training day. For each run series, the user can make an appointment (by clicking in the [] OK) which will be saved for later viewing. The user can clear the markings of all series when you start training again. For this you must press (long press) on the day of the week in this listing and perguta will be made so that your series are cleared.
