Store description excerpt

Tree Risk Report is a field tool for qualified practitioners who assess trees and have to hand a client something defensible. Record what you see on site, and leave with the report already finished. WHAT IT DOES - Record a whole site in one job: client, address, weather, conditions, and every tree you assess. - Work tree by tree, or run an inventory of dozens. Tag numbers increment automatically, and a ratings overview shows the whole site at a glance. - Record risk one scenario at a time — which part could fail, what it could hit, and how often that target is occupied. A tree that overhangs both a driveway and a bedroom gets two scenarios, because the impact and the consequences are not the same. - Photographs are stamped with the time and the coordinates where you took them, and printed under their captions in the report. - Produce a PDF on site: a summary table of every tree, then the detail for each one, with the inputs printed alongside every rating so the reader can follow how it was reached. - Limitations, assumptions, assessment period, re-inspection date, and your certification details are printed in the report itself, not buried in a settings screen. - Issued reports are locked, and a checksum of the PDF is stored with them. Corrections are made as revisions, so the original stays as it was. BUILT FOR THE FIELD Everything works with no signal — recording, photographs, coordinates, and PDF generation. The only thing that needs a connection is turning coordinates into a street address, and that can wait until you are back in range. Your records stay on your device. There is no account and no server. You can export an encrypted backup file and keep it wherever you choose. HONEST ABOUT WHERE IT STANDS The rating structure this app applies is the one in common use: likelihood of failure, likelihood of impact, and the severity of the consequences, combined into Low, Moderate, High, or Extreme. This implementation has not yet been reviewed by an independent qualified practitioner. Until it has been, every report carries the notice "PRELIMINARY - pending professional review" on each page, and that notice cannot be turned off, including by subscribers. Your own observations and conclusions are recorded in full and stand on their own; treat the derived rating categories as provisional. The app does not assess trees. Every judgement in a report is yours. It is a record-keeping tool, not a substitute for the training or qualification of the person doing the work, and it is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or certified by any professional body or standards organization. WHAT IT COSTS The first three reports you issue are free in total - not three per month. After that, issuing further reports needs a subscription. Reports you have already issued stay on your device and can be opened, shared, and backed up whether or not you subscribe. - Pro (monthly): unlimited reports - Pro (yearly): unlimited reports, about two months free compared wi
