Travel expenses are easier to settle when the record is clear from the first day. Add the people on the trip, note who paid, and keep the shared ledger beside the places and photos that explain what happened. This travel expense tracker is organized around trips instead of a general household balance. One trip opens a journal, an expense list, a shared Trip Fund and a settlement screen. The people in the group are added by name on one device, so they do not need accounts or invitations. Split costs the way the bill was actually paid. Use equal shares for a hotel, exact amounts for a restaurant, percentages for an agreed ratio, or weighted shares when one traveler owes more. An expense can use a different currency from the trip's settlement currency. Enter the rate used at the time and the saved amount will not be rewritten later. The built-in registry supports 80 currencies. Trip Fund records group contributions and refunds separately from ordinary spending. When it is time to settle, member balances show who should receive money and who should send it. Open a person to see paid amounts, their share, fund movements and recorded transfers. The settlement statement can be shared through Android's share sheet, with the calculation behind the result still visible in the app. The trip journal places activities and expenses on one timeline. Search an address, use the current location or move a pin on the map. Add several photos to an activity or receipt, then follow the numbered map pins in recorded order. After the trip is closed and settled, archive it as a read-only record with its journal, photos and expenses intact. Trip names, members, travel expenses, notes and photos are stored in the app's private space on the phone. There is no sign-in and no developer-run sync account. Create a local backup when moving devices, and choose where Android saves the file. Use the trip journal while the group is travelling, then finish the travel expenses with a settlement people can check line by line.
