TrainerX Athlete is the companion app for athletes coached through TrainerX. Join with the invite your coach sends you, view assigned training, log your work, and keep your workout history in one place. WORKOUTS FROM YOUR COACH • See today’s and upcoming sessions • Follow exercise prescriptions, cues, media, and coach notes • Record reps, weight, duration, distance, effort, exercise notes, and session feedback • Save progress or complete a session • Review completed and missed workouts in History OPTIONAL HEALTH CONNECTIONS With your permission, TrainerX can read sleep, heart and respiratory metrics, temperature, activity, body measurements, and workouts from Apple Health and share health and training summaries with your coach. TrainerX never adds or changes Apple Health data. You can also connect WHOOP to share recovery, sleep, and training-load context. A wearable is optional: your TrainerX workout access works without Apple Health or WHOOP. YOU CONTROL YOUR DATA From Settings, you can stop future data collection by disconnecting a provider, leave your coach, or permanently delete your TrainerX account and athlete-identifiable data. TrainerX supports fitness coaching. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. TrainerX is operated by TKT Labs LLC.
