Tradie Tracker is the driver app for companies using the Tradie Tracker dashboard. It keeps the office, Tradies and customers aligned from dispatch to handover. FOR TRADIES • See your jobs in order, open job details and update status. • Share live journey progress only while an assigned job is On way. • Capture existing condition, concealed work, materials, model and serial numbers, test readings and completion evidence. • Save evidence offline and publish the customer-visible pack when connected. • Review before-and-after photos and customer acknowledgement before finishing. • Generate a professional PDF handover and selected-originals ZIP. • Earlier-stage edits require a reason and leave a private audit trail. • Finished or cancelled evidence packs are permanently read-only. COMPANION COMPANY DASHBOARD • Create and assign jobs. • Follow live or last-updated locations. • Review published evidence and PDF handovers. • Set one company-wide reporting rule: automatic delivery, Tradie-controlled required or optional delivery, internal-only reports, or reports off. • Monitor delivery status and resolve report exceptions. FOR CUSTOMERS • Follow arrival progress using a job-specific tracking link—no app or account required. • Send change requests. • View and download the final handover PDF while the tracking link remains active. Customers should save it before the link expires or request a retained copy from the company later. Location is submitted only during an authorised On way journey. Evidence stays on the device until the Tradie publishes or shares it. Private evidence and audit history are excluded from customer copies.
