Tradie Tracker brings assigned jobs, journey tracking, guided job evidence and customer handover reports into one connected workflow for trade businesses. FOR TRADESPEOPLE • View assigned jobs, customer details and notes. • Update job status and share journey progress while an assigned job is On way. • Follow guided evidence sections for installation, repair and maintenance work. • Capture selected photos, materials, model and serial numbers, test readings, completion details and handover notes. • Save evidence on the device, including while offline, then review what is customer-visible before publishing or sending. • Pair before-and-after photos, resolve missing items and record an optional customer acknowledgement. • Prepare a final PDF handover and, where company policy allows, an original-photo ZIP. FOR COMPANIES Managers use the Tradie Tracker web dashboard to review published job evidence and access immutable report versions. Company-wide controls set which evidence sections are required, whether an acknowledgement is needed, and whether customer handovers are enabled, stored internally or turned off. Report-pending jobs stay visible for manager follow-up. FOR CUSTOMERS A job-specific tracking link can show status, ETA and a map during an active journey. When reporting is enabled and the link is still active, it can also provide the exact final PDF selected for job completion. Customers do not need to install the app or create an account. PRIVACY AND CONTROL Location is submitted only while the authenticated, assigned tradesperson’s job is On way, and may continue in the background during that journey. Evidence drafts stay on the device until the user publishes, sends or shares them. Private captures, internal skip reasons and private change history are excluded from customer reports. A Tradie Tracker account is required. Available actions depend on the company’s report policy, the job’s status, permissions and connectivity.
