TrackLife is the team hub for track and field clubs. Coaches keep the roster, record marks and run practice. Athletes and parents see schedules, results and progress — in one place, on the phone they already carry. Accounts are created by your club, so what you see is your team's, and only your team's. FOR COACHES Coach's Corner — Take roll call, record marks, time reps with a built-in stopwatch and relay splits, and keep practice notes. It all works with no signal at the track and syncs itself when you're back in range. The Season Almanac — Every athlete's marks charted over time, personal records flagged automatically, and improvement per event across the season. Film Room — Put two attempts side by side, line up angles, and mark up video so an athlete can see exactly what to change. The Huddle — Send a note to one athlete or the whole club, run a quick poll, and see who has read it. Front Office — Import a roster, add meets, and control who can see what. FOR ATHLETES AND FAMILIES My Locker — Notes from your coach, polls to answer and clips shared just with you. Winner's Circle — Club leaderboards that celebrate more than fast times: most practices attended, most miles travelled, most improved. Team Timeline — Announcements, photos and video from the club, with reactions and replies. Schedule — Meets and practices with times, locations and sign-up sheets. Progress — Charts that show how far an athlete has come this season, event by event. BUILT FOR HOW CLUBS ACTUALLY WORK • Works with no signal. Roll call, marks and stopwatch sessions save on the phone and sync themselves later, even if the app closes mid-session. • English and Spanish throughout. • Push notifications for announcements, results and messages. • Every club gets its own private address, so one club's data never mixes with another's. • Parents and guardians can review a linked child's data and delete it from inside the app. TrackLife accounts are created by your club.
