TRACK Driver is a mobile app for truck drivers on the Track.com platform. Receive orders from your manager, complete checkpoints, and manage payments—all in one app. MAIN FEATURES • Orders and Offers – List of available and active orders – Submit price and time offers – History of completed trips with routes and payments • Trip checkpoint flow – Loading → departed → unloading → unloaded → completed – Photos and document scans at each checkpoint – Automatic notifications for the manager and customer • Map and Navigator – Order route with all loading and unloading points – Voice navigation in Russian, Kyrgyz, and English – POIs: gas stations, parking lots, service stations, tire shops, hotels, cafes, customs, checkpoints — 15 categories – Notifications when approaching EAEU border crossings • Messenger and calls – Chats with the manager, customer, and other drivers – Voice messages, photos, videos, Scans – Voice and video calls within the platform • Documents and payments – Carrier orders, completion certificates (CACs), Track.com contracts are always available in the app – Proof of payment receipt (RKO) with a digital signature – QR scanner for fiscal receipts for expense reimbursement • Incidents en route – Downtime, delays, and additional expenses – report from the app with photo confirmation – Automatic report and invoice generation • SOS emergency button – Notification to managers with contact information in the event of an emergency FOR WHOM This app is for drivers employed by the transport and forwarding company Track.com (Trakkom LLC), as well as for private driver-carriers under a service contract. Access is via a PIN code issued by the manager after signing the contract. GEOLOCATION The app uses GPS only during an active driver shift (after explicitly tapping "Start Shift"). The coordinates are transmitted to the Track.com server to display the route to the manager and customer. After tapping "End Shift," the collection of coordinates is completely stopped. Background geolocation is required to avoid interruptions when the app is minimized during long trips between cities.
