Townsquar Courier is the driver app for Townsquar, the Ghanaian marketplace. It carries your working day, from clocking in to the last drop. YOUR RUNS Runs are assigned to you by dispatch, so there is nothing to accept and nothing to chase. Open a run to see every stop in order, with the address, the contact and what to collect or hand over. NAVIGATION Directions to the next stop, with live location while a run is active so dispatch can keep the route and the delivery estimates accurate. PROOF OF DELIVERY Confirm each parcel at the door with a photo. Record a refusal or a failed attempt just as easily, so nothing goes unaccounted for. EARNINGS See what each completed run paid, follow your daily and weekly totals, and get paid to your bank account or mobile money wallet. CLOCK IN AND OUT Start and end your shift in the app, and go off duty when your day is done. WORKS ON THE ROAD Work you have already done is queued and sent when the signal comes back, so a weak network never loses a delivery you completed. LOCATION Townsquar Courier collects location in the background while you are on an active run, so dispatch can assign work and keep delivery estimates accurate. Your location is not shown to customers. Background location stops when the run ends and when you clock out. GETTING STARTED Townsquar Courier requires an approved courier account. Apply in the app, pass identity verification, and dispatch will assign your first run. Townsquar is operated by Townsquare Systems Ltd.
