Reply STOP opt-outs are handled automatically and instantly, keeping your campaign in line with TCPA requirements without extra work. REAL-TIME INSIGHT Campaign managers get live analytics on message volume, reply and opt-out rates by city, template, volunteer, and virtual number, so you always know where your outreach is landing. MODERATION AND APPROVAL Flagged replies route to a review queue, and volunteer-composed responses can require manager approval before sending, giving campaigns full control over what goes out under their name. TownCrierText is a software layer only. Campaigns pay their SMS provider directly, and TownCrierText never touches your messaging costs beyond a flat monthly platform fee.
