You start with a modest bankroll in the Suburbs, and you finish — if you play the market well — owning skyscrapers in Skyline Heights. Every property you buy is a decision: renovate it and flip it for a fast profit, or hold it, set a rent, and let it pay you every hour whether the app is open or not. The loop is simple to learn and hard to put down. Browse a market of twelve listings that refreshes every six hours, each with its own condition, demand rating and estimated flip value. Buy the ones the numbers favour. Send a tired building through a Quick Fix, a Standard Renovation or a Full Remodel and watch its condition — and its value — climb. Fit it out with a modern kitchen, smart security or a luxury finish to push the rent higher. Then either list it for sale at a price you choose, trading speed against profit, or put tenants in and collect the rent that banks up while you are away. Reputation from every closed deal raises your level, and levels plus cash unlock the next district.
