GIGS AND SCHEDULE • Create gigs, unavailable periods, calls, soundchecks and show times. • Record venues, contacts, status, fees, expenses, notes and documents. • See your schedule as a list or grid and spot timing conflicts. GOOGLE CALENDAR AND APPLE CALENDAR • Connect and select Google calendars, with manual synchronisation. • On iPhone and iPad, choose Apple calendars after granting permission. • Import future events without deleting or replacing existing data. • Keep imported events separate from gigs and detect duplicates and overlaps. SUBSTITUTES AND CREW • Record whether you are attending a show or sending a substitute. • Track requests, confirmations and professional contacts. • Coordinate conversations, riders, sessions, backline, locations and projects. SYNC AND CONTROL The same account keeps data in sync across iPhone, iPad and the web app. You can also explore with local or demonstration data. Settings include backup export and full account and data deletion. Customers who previously purchased the paid app keep lifetime access.
