Store description excerpt

Touch the musician to make them jump to the spotlight. Watch them move to centre stage and then entertain with their music. The clarity and bright colours are chosen to appeal to children with special needs, including cerebral visual impairment. This App has been designed to provide visually attractive activities to encourage locating and targeting. With its bright, high contrast graphics and fun musical rewards it is an ideal way to help children with visual and perceptual difficulties develop their hand eye co-ordination. The App provides a choice of levels to encourage more interaction and exploration of the screen to locate the musician. A visual and auditory cue is provided to prompt the user who may be having trouble locating the targets. Switch access for one or two switches is included. Switches can be connected via a Bluetooth switch interface. •Black background for maximum contrast. •Clear presentation with no visual clutter. •Twenty different musicians both real and fictional. •Choose from small or large targets. •Choose from three levels with two, three or five touches to jump to the spotlight on the centre stage. •Switch access options included (using available Bluetooth switch interfaces). •Single switch mode where each press causes a response. •Two switch mode offering a great introduction to two switch scanning. Press switch one to make single jumps to the target and the second switch has to be pressed for the final musical reward.
