Cards dismiss as you read them and the list closes up behind you. When it is empty, you are done. There is no infinite scroll, because there is no more. THE DOCKET A forward calendar of dates found in the sources - comment deadlines, effective dates, compliance dates. Entries appear only where a source stated an explicit calendar date, and the app shows you the exact words it found so you can check them. Illustrative, never comprehensive. IT WORKS ON A PLANE Every published edition is stored on your phone, archive included. The app opens and reads with no signal at all.
