Torahly carries books most Bible apps leave out. Around 40 books are bundled in the app itself, so every one of them opens instantly and works with no connection at all. THE LIBRARY 1 Enoch in two translations, the R.H. Charles and the Laurence. The Book of Jubilees. All twelve Testaments of the Twelve Patriarchs, in both the Sinker and the R.H. Charles renderings, so you can read one against the other. The Odes of Solomon. The Psalms of Solomon, 2 Baruch. The Apocalypse of Abraham. The Testament of Job. The ten "non-canonical" psalms, numbered 151 to 160 as the manuscripts have them. Alongside them, the texts you would expect and often cannot find together: the 1611 King James with and without the Apocrypha, the Berean Standard Bible, Brenton's 1851 Septuagint in English, and three separate editions of the Syriac Peshitta. SEARCH AND STUDY Search one book, the whole Bible, or every bundled translation at once, and collapse the results by book to find what you are after. Look up any Strong's number in the complete 1890 dictionaries: 8,674 Hebrew entries and 5,523 Greek, included in full. Read the way you need to. Adjustable size and line spacing, bold text, a monochrome page for glare, and the Atkinson Hyperlegible typeface from the Braille Institute for anyone who finds ordinary letterforms hard to tell apart. THE 364-DAY CALENDAR Torahly also keeps the 364-day calendar of 1 Enoch and Jubilees: twelve months, four seasons, and the extra day that closes each season, so you know when the feasts fall. The biblical day turns over at sunset. Torahly asks where you are once, then works out sunset for that place, so the date it gives you is the real one rather than an approximation. Feast countdowns and Sabbath reminders follow from the same figures. Two readings of when the year begins are offered, differing only over which Wednesday is Day 1. The app holds no position on which is right, and shows both side by side so you can compare where the feasts land. CLEAN AND UNCLEAN Scan a barcode and Torahly reads the ingredients, flagging what is clean and unclean with the citation from Leviticus beside it. A TIMELINE FROM CREATION Every event dated forward from Creation in Anno Mundi, the way scripture dates things, with the jubilee reckoning and an approximate BC year alongside.
