Health assessment. Your nurse visits your home for a full assessment — history, current medicines, vitals, body composition and a complete lab panel covering 80+ parameters. Everything is measured, nothing is estimated. 2. Doctor's consultation. A specialist MD with 15+ years of experience reviews your assessment together with your lab report, discusses the findings with you and confirms the diagnosis. 3. Care plan. Your doctor issues a digitally signed prescription along with a personalised diet plan, workout plan and follow-up schedule. 4. Continuous monitoring. Your nurse keeps visiting at home at the frequency your doctor sets — so a change in your condition is caught early, not months later. WHY WE BUILT THIS Most of us in India put off seeing a doctor.
