The Toowoomba Water app allows you to easily see how much water your household is using, set notifications to get leak alerts and take water challenges to learn more about how to lower your water usage and save. ** If you have not received an invitation from Toowoomba Region Water, then you will not be able to activate your account. This version of the app is exclusively for residential customers and residential property owners with an installed Smart Water Meter. HOW DO I SEE MY HOUSEHOLD WATER USAGE? 1. Download the Toowoomba Water app. 2. Select your profile type and address and sign up with your email, Toowoomba address and Smart Water Meter number located on the communication you received. 3. Once you have registered you’re ready to go! WHO CAN DOWNLOAD THE APP? Only households that have been notified to download the Toowoomba Water app and live in the Toowoomba Region are able to register.
