This app will help you fall in love with fitness and help you reach your health goals. The app is designed to help all shapes and sizes. You will be provided with a library of workouts to follow. You can also connect your Apple Watch to the app to track your progress during live workout sessions with Tony. This app promotes a healthy and balanced lifestyle that is achievable for everyone to follow. The app includes quick & effective workouts, challenges, live sessions, and a community filled with like-minded individuals who have put their Fitness & Health first. We have been using Health Kit to facilitate users to track their health data when they do workouts. They can enable the iWatch option from the devices section under Account, the user has to open the iWatch App and Start Session. The health data like Heart Rate and Calorie Burn will be seen in Workouts Menu under Account.
