Tonsora is a digital appointment book and till for barbers, hair salons and beauty centres. It is built around how salons actually work: the customer calls, you write it down. Nobody has to install anything. YOUR DAY • Appointment book: write a phone booking in two taps • A warning when you book two appointments at once - it never blocks you • See who is coming all day on one screen: arrived, completed, no-show • A queue list for walk-in customers, plus an in-salon TV mode • A QR code for the door: the customer scans it and messages you on WhatsApp • Send an appointment reminder over WhatsApp in one tap THE TILL • One tap to charge after an appointment or from the queue • Cash / card split, discounts, tips and product sales • Walk-in customers count towards your takings too • Add expenses; see your net earnings and the cash that should be in the drawer • End of day: cash-card breakdown and staff earnings YOUR SALON • Services, durations and prices - a ready list for your salon type is loaded • Staff, commission rates and chair rent • Customer card: past visits, notes, allergies and preferences • Show your chamber membership on your salon page if you wish • Portfolio: save your work and show it to an undecided customer • Province and district are picked from a list; you type your neighbourhood YOUR CUSTOMERS CAN BOOK TOO - ONLY IF YOU WANT Your customers do not need the app; your book works without them. If you want, turn it on: your customer installs the app, enters the 6-digit code you gave them and books their own appointment. You choose how visible your salon is. There are three tiers: • Private - you appear nowhere. This is the default. • My own customers - you do NOT appear in search. Only someone with your code can reach your salon. • Everyone - you also appear in search. PLANS Your daily total and taking payments work on every plan. The till breakdown (cash-card, staff earnings, past days), customer cards and loyalty cards are part of the Salon plan. You sign in with your email and password. Turkish, Arabic and English.
