Tonoir is a tuner, a metronome and a recorder for guitarists. One price, paid once — no subscription, no adverts, no account. TUNER Sensitive enough to hear an unplugged electric guitar. Eleven instruments and thirty-two tunings: standard, drop D, DADGAD, open G, drop C and more, plus 7- and 8-string guitar, bass, ukulele, violin, viola, cello, double bass, mandolin and banjo. Adjustable reference pitch for playing with an ensemble tuned away from A440, and a vibrate mode so you can watch the fretboard instead of the screen. METRONOME Wood block, studio click, drum kit, sticks or a spoken count. Time signatures from 2/4 through 7/8. A speed trainer that climbs the tempo every few bars while you play, and vibration on the beat for practising with the sound down. RECORDINGS Catch an idea before it goes. Group takes by song and keep the lyrics and chords beside them, then share a whole song — audio and notes together — as one file. Slow a part to half speed without changing its pitch. Mark an A/B loop on the waveform and drill four bars until they sit right. Play the click through headphones while you record, so it never lands on the take. Back the whole library up to iCloud Drive, or anywhere else in Files. WHAT'S FREE Guitar in standard tuning, a 4/4 metronome with the click sound, and three takes.
