Tonnage Health Sync bridges Health Connect to the Tonnage web app. Nutrition, sleep, steps, calories, and bodyweight flow into your check-ins without manual entry. Any app that writes to Health Connect feeds Tonnage automatically. Whoop, Oura, MyFitnessPal, Garmin, Samsung Health, Cronometer, MacroFactor. If Health Connect has the data and the user grants permission, Tonnage picks it up. Pair once from Tonnage settings. The bridge handles permissions, background sync, reconnect, and retry. No interaction required after setup except to diagnose issues. This is a simple companion app for existing Tonnage users. It only reads from Health Connect. It does not write data back. It does not replace the Tonnage web app. What syncs: - Nutrition (calories, protein, carbs, fat) - Sleep - Steps - Total calories burned - Bodyweight - HRV and other health metrics - Third Party Health App Data available through Health Connect that the user chooses to grant access to
