Toléra estimates how well the meal is likely to sit, tells you why, and gives you simple moves to help it sit better. Meal after meal, you learn what YOUR body can handle. Toléra is a wellness app, not medical advice. Your body always has the final say; Toléra only ever estimates. WHAT TOLÉRA DOES • Snap your meal: the app recognizes the dish and estimates how well it's likely to sit with your digestion. • No photo? Describe your meal in a few words, or scan a barcode. • A clear verdict: "Well tolerated," "Go easy" or "Poorly tolerated," with the reason (fat, portion size, quick sugars, triggers…). • Your game plan: eat half, start with the protein, sip slowly: concrete tweaks, never bans. • A gentle check-in: about 2 hours later we ask how it actually went, to fine-tune what your body truly tolerates. MADE FOR LIFE ON GLP-1 • Spot your personal triggers over time (fat, fried food, large portions, spice…). • Keep an eye on protein: on GLP-1, it helps you maintain muscle. • Fiber and hydration help digestion, which often slows on GLP-1, and Toléra reminds you without nagging. • Log your injections and get ahead of more sensitive days with gentler meals. • Gentle recipes, easiest to digest first. • A weekly recap: your tolerance, your best days, what keeps showing up in your harder meals.
