Visual inspection, powered entirely on your iPhone. TOIVIS learns what “normal” looks like from images of good products, then helps you inspect new images and visualize differences. It combines on-device DINOv2, SubspaceAD, ROI-based alignment, and heatmaps—without requiring a network connection or uploading your inspection images to a cloud service. KEY FEATURES Learn from good samples Register 4–20 normal images for each product. Inspect the full image or define one region of interest. See where something changed Review deviation scores and heatmaps to locate areas that differ from the learned normal state. Align before you decide TOIVIS matches each inspection image against a master and compensates for position, rotation, scale, and perspective. When image quality or alignment is insufficient, the app holds the decision instead of forcing a pass or fail. Choose from three inspection methods Inspect saved images, capture a single image on the spot, or keep the camera open for continuous line inspection. Keep an auditable record Store the decision, source image, heatmap, Capture Quality, Match Score, model revision, and operator confirmation. Export individual or batch PDF reports and CSV history.
