Store description excerpt
Tiqan is a calisthenics training app built around honest progression. Pick a goal — build strength, master a skill, or move better — and the program adapts to your level, equipment and recovery. Nothing is inflated, and nothing is guessed. THREE GOALS, THREE REAL PROGRAMS Tell Tiqan what you are training for and it builds the plan for it. - Build Strength: a six-level ladder from Foundation to Elite, on 3-day Full Body, 4-day Upper/Lower or 6-day Push, Pull, Legs - Master a Skill: step-by-step ladders to the handstand, front lever, planche and muscle-up - Move Better: mobility, flexibility and functional movement, tracked by coverage not load - Run one goal at a time, or keep all three going at once PROGRAMS THAT GROW WITH YOU After every session the engine decides whether to advance, hold or regress each movement. You do not tell it you got stronger; it works that out. - Equipment-aware: pull-up bar, parallel bars, rings, or none of them — it programs only what you can actually do - Intra-workout calibration: your first set tunes the sets that follow - Plateau detection flags movements that have stalled - Change your training days or equipment whenever life does — for good, or just while you travel IT ADAPTS INSIDE THE SESSION TOO New in 2.0. Most apps only adjust between workouts. - Reps falling away mid-exercise? It offers to stop there and counts what you did, rather than watching you grind out junk sets - Well under your recent numbers from the first set? It offers to finish the day lighter - Both are offers with a decline, once per exercise. It notices; it does not nag HONEST INSIGHTS Most apps inflate numbers. Tiqan shows you the truth. - Recovery reads your sleep, HRV against your own baseline, resting heart rate and active energy from Apple Health — and says which of those it is using today. No watch data last night? It says so instead of inventing a score - Personal baselines: every metric reads "8 percent below your 6-week average", not a number floating in space - Personal correlations: your strongest training day, what rest actually does for you - Training Load with a 6-week reference line - Personal Records timestamped, so you know if your best is fresh or stale THE WORKOUT EXPERIENCE - Tempo guidance per exercise: eccentric, pause, concentric, pause - Form, tempo and effort logged per set — one tap each, and every one of them optional - Auto-starting rest timer with one-tap skip - Simple Mode skips the feedback prompts for a fast session - Live Activities on the Dynamic Island and Lock Screen APPLE WATCH, FIRST CLASS A real Apple Watch app, not a remote control. - Run the whole workout on the watch with no phone needed - Open the iPhone mid-session to see a live mirror of it: exercise, set, target and heart rate - Calories and heart rate sync to Apple Health automatically BUILD YOUR OWN - Custom programs with drag-and-drop scheduling - Quick Workouts for one-off sessions - 200+ calisthenics exercises with
