Store description excerpt

Tiny Wins helps you build a daily movement habit out of small, achievable counts — not workouts, not programs, not coaching. Pick what you want to work on and the app builds your daily list: push-ups, squats, a plank. The numbers start deliberately low, because the whole point is that you can always finish. GROWS WHEN YOU DO Finish a movement three days in a row and its target goes up by one — five seconds for held movements like a plank. Each movement grows on its own, and a missed day never takes back progress you've already earned. Nothing to level up by hand. SESSIONS MAKE IT EASIER, NEVER LONGER When the full number feels like a lot, a session asks for a chunk of it instead — half by default, or whatever you set. Sessions only ever split up the day. They never add to it. PROGRESS THAT MEANS SOMETHING Every movement keeps its own history: today's target, your best day, your streak, and the last thirty days at a glance. There's no combined fitness score and nothing compares one movement to another — because "I can do 25 push-ups now" is the part that matters. GENTLE BY DESIGN One quiet reminder a day, at a time you choose. A streak that a still-unfinished morning can't break. No calories, no measurements, no leaderboards, no social feed. PRIVATE No account. No analytics. No network requests at all. Everything stays on your device, and deleting the app deletes all of it. Do a small amount of movement every day, always finish, and gradually get stronger.
