Set tasks and their value, let each family member report what they have completed, then review the result before any TimeTokens are added. HOW IT WORKS • Create a private family space and protect Parent Mode with a PIN. • Choose ready-made task packs or create your own tasks. • Review completed tasks, with optional notes and photo evidence. • Approve all or part of the result, or ask for another try. • Keep earned minutes in the bank, make them available for today or reserve them for rewards. • Run a pause-and-resume timer with end-of-time notifications. • Follow balances, activity, previous-day summaries and gentle streaks. FLEXIBLE FOR REAL FAMILY ROUTINES Set daily allowances, maximum available time and carry-over rules. Premium adds separate weekday, weekend and special-day rules, calendar exceptions, multiple profiles, unlimited custom tasks, full history, CSV/PDF exports and extra appearance choices. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Family profiles, tasks, notes, balances and optional task photos stay on this device. No TimeTokens account is required. There are no ads, no TimeTokens cloud sync and no behavioural monitoring. Optional anonymous subscription analytics is off by default. Private crash diagnostics are filtered to exclude family content. IMPORTANT TimeTokens is a planning and timer tool for family agreements. It does not block apps, enforce operating-system limits or control another device.
