A free application to record worktimes online. Suitable for enterprises as well as for clubs, other organisations or individuals thanks to the numerous configuration options available at https://timesaver.ch. Introduction to timesaver: - No additional installation is required - To use the mobile application, users must register in advance or create an account respectively. Registration (including configuration) is only possible via the web interface. Click on Registrieren on the page https://timesaver.ch/app/login/. - 2 users are free, without any usage limit. During the initial test phase of one month, the app can be tested for free for any number of users - The price is calculated based on the number of users and the duration of the period of usage - Can be used the same way as a chronograph with "start" and "stop" - Web page packed with features with numerous configuration options - The hours of works, the activity and the absences are continuously synchronised and can be recorded from anywhere - Very intuitive use Functionalities of timesaver: - Compliance with national labor laws - Public holiday calendars for Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Germany and Austria - Attribution of roles possible, for example superior, employee, external employee of a partner enterprise - The target hours, the flextime balances and the workloads are individually assignable per employee or per workplace - The absences are configurable individually (holiday, maternity leave, military duty, etc.) - Possibility to record activities by client, project and sub-project - Many options of input methods for the hours of work and the activities - The hours of works can be automatically distributed amongst the projects - Hour rate is assignable per employee - Many evaluations are available, per employee or per team, in several formats - Export of the data to Excel General informations: - You can send your feedbacks and obtain support - Supported languages: english, german and french - Beta system available to test the app for free - Data are handled and backed up in the data center of the enterprise that develops the application in Switzerland - Continuous development of web application and mobile client - Consult our GTC and the price list at https:/timesaver.ch
