TightnessPro is a fast, reliable field companion for gas engineers — guiding you through tightness testing, direct purging, and installation-volume calculations, and producing clean, branded PDF reports you can hand to the customer on the spot. Domestic, small commercial and large commercial or industrial installations, all in one app. Built for everyday use on your phone or tablet, on site, and offline. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Tightness testing — step through a structured testing workflow with clear routing and a pass/fail outcome recorded against the job. • Direct purging — run a purge workflow with the calculations handled for you. • Installation volume — calculate from pipe sections and meter volume, ready to feed into your test and report. • Branded PDF reports — apply your company name, logo and operative details, capture engineer and gas-user signatures, then export and share. COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL Choose the installation type at the start and the app follows the right procedure for it. • Small commercial — natural gas, installation volume up to 1 m³, pipework to 150 mm bore, operating pressure to 40 mbar. • Large commercial and industrial — any supported gas, larger volumes, pipework above 150 mm bore, pressures up to 16 bar. • Strength testing where the job calls for it, with the test pressure, hold times and pass limit worked out for you. • Test duration and allowable movement calculated from the installation volume and the gauge in your hand. • Pipework area assessment and leak-rate criteria for existing installations, with the governing criterion shown. • Plastic pipework and higher-pressure routes, including soak time and creep allowance. • Commercial purging — purge volume, minimum flow rate, maximum purge time and the checks that go with them. The certificate shows the working, not just the answer, so the figures can be checked later rather than taken on trust.
