Keep Time is an innovative application designed to support daily organization and promote independence in completing complex tasks. Whether packing a gym bag or going grocery shopping, the app guides users step by step toward completing their goals. The Keep Time ecosystem is based on the collaboration between two key players: FOR CAREGIVERS: Management and Monitoring - Customized creation: Create customized tasks by breaking them down into sequential or parallel subtasks for flexible time management. - Real-time monitoring: View detailed statistics on average completion time and task status (completed, in progress, or to be started). - Instant feedback: Send notifications, communicate via chat, and assign ratings or comments (including photos) to completed tasks to motivate the user. - Security: Request geographic location for activities that take place away from home. FOR THE USER: Autonomy and Gamification - Step-by-Step Guide: Clearly visualize each subtask with descriptions and images so you never lose track. - Rewards System (Gamification): Each completed task earns you points. Reach your goals to redeem rewards offered by your caregiver! - Integrated Communication: Use the internal chat to ask for immediate support or share your successes with comments and photos. - Flexibility: Start your tasks whenever you want and manage subtasks in parallel according to your needs.
