Store description excerpt
Tidecard is the diary card you fill in between sessions. It has two sides, like the paper one. On the front you name a feeling and set how strong it was from 0 to 10, with a note and a time of day. You can log the same feeling more than once a day, because real days work that way. On the back you mark which coping skills you actually used, and how much each one helped. - Name a feeling and rate it from 0 to 10, not yes or no - Log the same feeling as many times as it comes up - Mark what you used from a built-in library of four skill groups - Rate how much each skill helped, from 0 to 7 - Look back at your whole week on one screen - Save or share a clean, one-page PDF to bring to your next session Everything works offline. Nothing you write leaves the device unless you choose to share it. There is no account to create. Tidecard is a place to write things down. It is not therapy and it is not a substitute for care from a clinician. Works on iPhone and iPad.
