Plan tidepool visits with low-tide times, heights in feet and daylight information for 33 stations in the United States and Canada. NOAA and Canadian Hydrographic Service predictions require internet to refresh; cached tides and the 73-species field guide work offline. Search species, filter by tidal zone and save sightings with photos in your private journal. Tidal Pool keeps journal entries, photos, favorites and settings on your device. Photo analysis runs locally and can be wrong. No account, advertising, analytics or developer backend is used. Predictions and species suggestions are general information, not navigation or safety advice. Apple handles purchases and restores and may load products or verify access. You start the 3-day trial locally; it creates no subscription or charge. After the trial, an optional one-time purchase unlocks the app permanently. Tide predictions are for general planning only and are not suitable for navigation or safety-critical decisions.
