Tianji Wendao is a practical room-measurement and space-planning toolkit. Build a reviewed floor plan, check whether a piece of furniture physically fits, compare layout candidates, and keep repeatable field records. The app works locally by default and leaves construction and professional-survey decisions in human hands. After a room is reviewed, compare layout candidates and run practical placement checks before making a purchase or moving an item. SCAN, REVIEW, THEN PLAN On supported iPhones with laser room-scanning hardware, the app can recognize walls, doors, windows, openings, major objects, and dimensions. Reopen a saved room to edit its floor plan or add another scan; two reference points align a new session, while door, window, and boundary conflicts require review. Permissions are requested only when you start the related feature: room capture or local media, compass or current-location screening, audio notes, or optional calendar export. AN EDITABLE, DIMENSIONED FLOOR PLAN The plan can show dimensions for the room boundary, walls, openings, furniture, and candidate placement. True north uses the device compass when a reliable reading is available; otherwise you can mark it manually and the app clearly limits the result to practical layout. In empty-room planning, movable existing furniture is hidden, while doors, windows, fixed installations, structural obstacles, and primary aisles remain protected constraints. PLACEMENT CHECKS BEFORE PLANNING Furniture Placement uses confirmed outside dimensions to check the boundary, collisions, doors, aisles, and operating clearance, then reports whether the item fits and why it may fail. Compare A/B/C layout plans, verify hard constraints after a move, and remeasure every result on site. A COMPLETE SPACE WORKSPACE A space project can merge multiple reviewed rooms, show area, wall, opening, and connection summaries, compare Current/Hide Movable/Fixed Finish baselines, save A/B/C plans, and rerun constraints after furniture moves. Route, material, fixed-facility clearance, and mobility tools are included. Optional furniture modeling creates a local 3D file for appearance; reviewed dimensions remain authoritative. LOCAL BY DEFAULT There is no account, advertising, tracking, or analytics. Unfinished quick layouts are not projects. For recovery, one encoded local draft (up to 1 MB) may be kept in private Application Support and is cleared, replaced, or discarded when the layout is saved, discarded, or superseded; it is never uploaded. Frames, meshes, and raw room-scan models are not persisted. Saved projects keep parameterized geometry, reviewed dimensions, connections, calculations, and plans on-device. Furniture-modeling source images stay local during reconstruction and are removed afterward; its 3D file stays until deletion. 3D export requires an explicit iOS share action.
