Determining the most accurate body weight is a direct weight. However, to weigh a buffalo or cow is sometimes difficult because it is not always well-balanced in the farmer and it is not easy to carry a large buffalo or cows. . Thus, we can estimate the relative abundance of cattle or buffaloes through the formula studied when the breasts and the crossbred length of bovine animals (with a tolerance of about 5%) are known. For cows: Weight (kg) = 88.4 x VN x VN x DTC For buffaloes: Weight (kg) = 90.0 x x VN x VN x DTC This formula applies only to cattle from 2 years old and above. If cattle are fat, plus 5% of its weight. If the cow is sick, subtract 5% of its weight. Inside: VN: is the circumference of the buffalo (cow), the perimeter circumference behind the shoulder blade (in meters) DTC: is the length of the cranium, which is the length measured from the shoulder blade to the end of the periosteum (measured in meters). Example: A cow with a chest ring is 160cm = 1.6m; The longitudinal trunk is 150cm = 1.5m. So its volume will be: Weight = 88.4 x 1.6 x 1.6 x 1.5 = 339.5 (kg).
