Possibility of canceling the route without any inconvenience. 5. Compatible with all devices (smartphones: Android and iOS but also from smartphones, tablets and computer browsers). Carpooling can be a solution to maintain mobility and reduce the traffic problems of cities. In order to realize the potential of carpooling for congested cities, enhance passenger and citizen awareness of carpooling platforms, and improve interaction with existing carpooling solutions, it is advisable for citizens to understand the key motivations and benefits of carpooling.
