The new ThessalyApp application was designed to offer you a modern, secure, friendly and easy-to-use environment to carry out your daily Banking Transactions. Security Management: To log in to the application you must have obtained e-banking codes from one of the branches of Syn. Bank of Thessaly. You must also have accepted the terms of use of the Bank's digital channels through e-banking. You can log in to the application with: • E-banking codes and OTP for the first time • After you make the 1st login, you can set up easy access (quick login) with a 4-digit code (PIN) or biometric data Home page From the home page of the application, you have a concise overview of your relationship with Syn. Bank of Thessaly, that is, you can see all the important sections of your account at a glance: • My accounts • My cards • My loans • My investments At the top of the application you will see three buttons that help you quickly navigate to key sections of the application. More specifically, these three buttons lead to: • The transaction history screen • The money transfer screen via IRIS • The QR/Barcode scanning screen using the device's camera to make a payment. At the same time, you see the total balance of your accounts (your investments and your account balances are added together) Accounts In this section, your 3 accounts with the largest balance are displayed in a sliding list format. You can also select: • Transfer: To make a quick money transfer from this account • Payment: To make a quick bill payment from this account If you have more than 3 accounts, you should select “My Accounts” to navigate to a list with all your accounts Cards In this section, your 3 active cards are displayed in a sliding list format. If you have more than 3 cards, you should select “My Cards” to navigate to a list with all your cards Loans In this section, your 3 loans with the largest balance are displayed in a sliding list format. If you have more than 3 loan accounts, you should select “My Loans” to navigate to a list of all your loans Investments This section displays your 3 Investments with the largest amount in a scrollable list. If you have more than 3 Investment accounts, you should select “My Investments” to navigate to a list of all your Investments
