At The Well, you can expect an atmosphere where people from all walks of life can feel free to be transformed, challenged, and developed into the person God has called them to be and fulfill His purpose for their lives. Our Mission: -To create a consistent atmosphere of free worship, intimacy, and visitation from the Lord. -To build and develop a strong family of disciples with a heart to change the world. -To provide a place of training, nurturing, and equipping for leaders and their individual spiritual gifts. -To demonstrate the message of spiritual revival and reformation. -To restore honor and integrity to the family unit. -To promote racial, generational and gender unity for the purposes of God Our Core Values: It is our desire that all our leaders, staff, and members portray these attributes in their daily lives, influencing everything they do and all they encounter for the glory of God. -LOVE We love first.
