Low appraisal, financing fell through, disgruntled past client threatening to leave a review — there are 15 starter scenarios and 15 personas, and the persona library grows. How it works: 1. Drop the deal — paste the listing, snap the sheet, or share a URL 2. Pick the scenario — listing presentation, price reduction, low appraisal delivery, etc. 3. Speak your responses aloud — your browser transcribes your voice into text (Safari transcribes on-device; Chrome streams audio to Google's speech service, standard for the Web Speech API), and the AI counterparty responds like the real person would. We never receive or store audio. 4.
