the uncast asks one question a day. your answer is yes or no. there is no third option. after you decide, you do one more thing: you guess how your friends will answer. the next day you see both. where you stand, and who you actually know. how it works -a new question opens every day -you answer it — before seeing any results -you make guesses for your friends -your answer is sealed and cannot be changed -the next day results open: you, your friends, and everyone why you don't see results first If you answer knowing what the majority said, what you give is not your opinion but your conformity. that is why the order never changes: you first, everyone else after. what this is not no likes. no comments. no follower counts. no endless feed. you open it once a day, it takes forty seconds, you close it. being in the minority on some questions you land with the majority, on others you don't. the app shows both equally. it makes no claim about which side is right. privacy we ask for contacts access to find your friends. phone numbers are hashed on your device; contact names are never sent to our servers. you see your friends under the names saved in your own address book. if you decline contacts access, the app keeps working. you can delete your account from inside the app at any time. questions are also sourced from user suggestions. every submission is reviewed by an editor before it can go live.
