It's aimed at guests with a confirmed booking, who use it before and during their stay to access stay guides, unit keys, order add-ons, get local recommendations, and chat with the team. It is not a general-purpose booking app — guests book through our website; this app enhances the stay after booking. How to access Demo Account — Secret Garden Concierge Email: leehill+apple@gmail.com Password: Morgan19441944!! Sign-in instructions: Open the app — it opens on the Home screen, which redirects to Login. Tap Login (not "Verify Your Booking"). Enter the email and password above. The guest dashboard loads with a confirmed booking already linked — full app functionality is available (Stay Guide, Access Keys, Shop, Chat, Local Guide, Profile). No OTP required — this account is already verified. Reviewers can log straight in with email + password. Features to review Stay Guide: unit-specific arrival, check-in, hot tub & amenity guides. Access Keys: passcode/lockbox details for the booked unit. Shop & Cart: premium add-ons (log bags, breakfast boxes) with Stripe checkout. Real payments (Live mode) — no purchase needed for review; you can browse and reach the Stripe checkout screen without paying. Chat: AI concierge (24/7); "Talk to a person" escalates to the ops team. Local Guide: nearby pubs, restaurants, activities, points of interest. Offers & Units: location-specific offers and unit browsing. Profile / Reviews: loyalty status, post-stay review submission. Notes Progressive Web App in a native iOS wrapper. Push notifications use "Add to Home Screen" (PWA), not native APNs — the Add to Home Screen prompt is expected. No account needed to browse; account creation happens only at booking verification (normal guest onboarding). Booking verification may take a few seconds while it checks live records.
