In early 2015, the hospitality industry in Dubai started rapidly shifting from exclusively offering room nights through hotels and resorts, to a more diversified and resilient model, that of the “Short Stay Holiday Homes”. The Holiday Homes model of operation had few common points with the traditional hotel business industry. By mid-2017, BusyBees management has already identified the huge hidden possibilities for the cleaning and maintenance industry, and decided consequently to split its operation 3 ways between; residential, commercial, and holiday homes. Additionally, BusyBees hired a vacation industry expert to help better understand the business model, expedite organizational adaptation, and formulate and pitch service offerings that accommodate and heal Holiday Homes owners’ and operators’ pain-points. Adding all your new or existing units while you can fill and choose: • The units detailed addresses • Unit types (Studio, 1 BHK, 2BHK, etc..) • Number of Bedrooms, toilets, guest toilets. • Bed Sizes. • Having additional Guest toilet. Then save and have your unit ready to be able to book the required service suiting your upcoming or existing guests. Booking a new service among the professional following services by choosing the unit details from your list, choose the time and date such as the following unique services: 1. Check out cleaning: Professionals will go for making your unit fresh & ready for the next guest having your linens, amenities, & toiletries set as per your SOP. 2. Occupied Cleaning: Making your Guest feels an excellent experience you can book him this type of service with or without the fresh linens, amenities, & Toiletries. 3. First Cleaning: Congrats!!! You are adding a new furnished unit and you require this type of service to deep clean the unit and unbox the kitchen utensils, and other furniture and unit belongings. 4. Touch-Up Cleaning: Your unit had been vacant for maximum of 5 days, and your new guest is checking in soon, you need then to book this service and make your unit ready for the upcoming guest. 5. Bedding service: During the Guest stay book this type of service while you can offer it to him as a complementary service . 6. Furniture Shampooing: Book this service to remove any stain from your furniture (Carpet, Sofa, Mattress, etc…) and make it look fresh all the time. 7. Deep Cleaning: It is highly recommended to have this type of service at least twice a year to make your unit up to the standard and to get excellent reviews being a super host. 8.Maintenance: having any kind of trouble shooting in your unit such as (AC.
