The Detail Hopper is a field service app built from the ground up for mobile detailers and auto care professionals. Log every job, invoice every customer, and track every piece of equipment — all from your phone, all offline. BUILT FOR DETAILERS Every screen in The Detail Hopper speaks your language. Activities include Exterior Wash & Wax, Interior Deep Clean, Paint Correction, Ceramic Coating, Engine Bay Detail, Leather Conditioning, Odour Removal, and Wheel & Tyre Detail. Equipment types cover Dual-Action Polishers, Steam Extractors, Pressure Washers, Foam Cannons, Wet/Dry Vacuums, and more. LOG JOBS IN SECONDS Open New Job, pick your customer and date, choose what you did, enter your hours, and hit Save. Attach before/after photos as proof of work — they appear automatically on the PDF invoice. The optional job timer clocks you in when you arrive and pre-fills the hours when you stop, rounded up to the billing interval you choose. INVOICE FROM THE JOB SITE Generate a professional PDF invoice and share it via email, AirDrop, or any app on your device — no Wi-Fi required. Pro users see their own business name as the invoice header, not app branding. NEVER MISS A SERVICE INTERVAL Track every polisher, extractor, and pressure washer in the Equipment tab. Set service intervals in operating hours and The Detail Hopper alerts you when maintenance is due. Log a service event to reset the counter automatically. ROUTE & SCHEDULE Add stops for the day in the Route tab and tap Optimise to sort them by shortest drive time — each stop opens Maps navigation with one tap. Set up recurring visit templates on the Schedule tab for customers you service regularly; weekly, biweekly, monthly, quarterly, or yearly. TRACK COSTS, GROW REVENUE Log fuel, chemicals, parts, and other expenses from the Expenses tab. Open the Reports tab for a profit & loss summary across any date range. Export as PDF or CSV (Pro).
