The Cedar is the resident app for The Cedar by Tribeca. It brings your building pass, your visitors and your building's services together in one place. YOUR BUILDING PASS - Enter with a QR pass that refreshes automatically and works at the building's access terminals, including doors and lifts. - Your pass is kept behind your phone's own fingerprint or face unlock, so it is only shown to you. - Prefer to enter by face? Add a profile photo and give your consent, and you can use the building's facial recognition terminals instead. This is entirely optional. Decline, and you simply carry on with your QR pass. VISITORS AND PARCELS - Register an expected visitor with their contact details, vehicle and parking arrangement, and issue a pass for a single visit or for a period you choose. - See when your visitor checks in and checks out. - Be notified when a parcel arrives at the management office, and when it has been delivered. YOUR HOME AND YOUR BUILDING - Read building notices, announcements and upcoming events. - Request a facility booking and follow it through approval, or cancel it. - Report an issue with your unit, a facility or a security concern, attach photos or documents, and follow it to completion. - Register household members, vehicles and pets, and view the parking allocated to your unit. SAFETY - Raise an SOS alert to building security, with your location attached if you allow it. - Answer voice calls from the security team inside the app. - Reach building and emergency contacts from the phone book. NOTIFICATIONS YOU CONTROL Choose which updates reach you: visitors, notices, bookings and parcels. All in the app's notification settings. PRIVACY The app contains no advertising and no analytics or tracking software. Facial recognition is optional, and you can withdraw your consent at any time by removing your profile photo. You can delete your account and your personal data from Profile > Settings > Delete account. WHO CAN USE THE CEDAR The Cedar is for residents, unit owners, tenants and authorised household members of The Cedar by Tribeca. Your building management registers and verifies your residency, so you will need an approved unit membership before building access and most other features become available.
