Store description excerpt

The Callback is how a production decides who gets the part. Casting decisions usually happen across email threads, PDF decks and text messages, and nobody can tell who actually liked whom. The Callback puts the whole decision in one place: the casting team builds the roster, everyone who gets a vote swipes through it on their phone, and the tallies are there in the open. HOW IT WORKS The casting team creates a casting and adds talent — upload headshots and tapes directly, or send agents a submission link and approve what arrives. Everyone else joins with a six-character code. No account, no install hurdle. They pick their seat — director or agency creative — type their name, and start swiping. Right to advance, left to pass, undo whenever. Three rounds, in order. The director builds a shortlist. The agency reviews it, with every creative voting their own ballot under their own name. The director makes the final selects. Each round closes on the tallies, so the person closing it can see exactly how the room split before deciding who moves on. WHAT YOU GET AT THE END The booked cast, in order, with call times, representation, contact details and sizes — exported as an Excel file with the headshots embedded, a printable PDF face sheet, or a CSV for your own templates. The day-of paperwork comes out of the same tool that made the decisions. BUILT FOR THE WAY CASTING ACTUALLY RUNS - Casting tapes play inside the app; nothing links out - Multiple agency creatives vote in parallel, not in a queue - Ballots stay editable until the round closes - Reopen a round when someone changes their mind - Run several productions at once; archive them when they wrap - Everything updates live on every device The Callback is a professional tool for casting directors, producers, directors and agency creatives.
