Not your typical Workout Tracker app. The Blobzenegger starts as a potato. Every session you log, he fills a bit more of his XP bar. Fill it and he levels up. Help him go from Potato to an Athletic Blob. Miss your training days and the bar drains instead. Vanish for long enough and he dies, and you start again from the potato. That is the whole mechanic, and it is the only motivation system that has ever worked on the creators of this app: a cute blob that visibly decays when you don't turn up. WHAT IT ACTUALLY DOES • Pick a plan from the three built-in training programs, or build your own. • Train with it. Every exercise has its sets, reps and your working weight from last time so you know how much weight to set. Plus a rest timer that survives your phone locking. • Watch it add up. Six months of calendar, a level curve you can see your holidays in, sessions per week, body weight, and a strength line per lift. • Get reminded to go. Training-day reminders, at an hour you choose. If you want. BUILT AROUND ONE HONEST IDEA Most fitness apps reward you for being perfect and go quiet when you slip. This one is built for the slipping. For the lazy of us. And the fitter Blobzenegger gets, the longer he survives without you. Two weeks of silence kills a beginner's blob. It takes about six to kill a maxed one.
