TFPredictions application is based on accurate & complete athlete model to evaluate event performance & fitness. It provides analysis, prediction, & training for Track & Field run, sprint, distance, hurdle, relay, jump, throw, & combined events. Individual Models used as reference for fitness, training evaluation (example: Intensity Level), & competition progress. It is a Personal Training Aid, compatible with & follows guidelines from USA Track & Field Coaching Manual. It provides performance analysis & feedback of performance & training results. Human Body model, Digital Signal Processor & Machine Learning algorithms, data error checks, Aerobic Profile algorithm, Aerodynamic, Wind, & External Files included. Selected training session results are recorded. Training is adjusted from analysis & reference provided. Process periodically repeated for best results. App Run & Hurdle require: 30 m & 60 m times (dead start) & step count at 30 m for accuracy. Jump & Throw requires: 20 m & 40 m times (dead start) & step count at 20 m. External File names start with EX. Parameters & data supplied use csv (comma separated values). Energy System(s) trained & calculated intensity level(s) are provided. Values verify energy system(s) are trained at correct intensity level. Sprint & Run Time calculations use supplied athlete data & Run Distance times. Calculated values include Run Time, Max Run Rate, Run Time Constant, Forward Start Force, Run Velocity, Run Acceleration, Run Steps. & Aerobic data. at selected distance is also included. Environmental changes to athlete Maximum Run Velocity is provided. Supplied athlete measurements are used to calculate Start block settings. Relay team analysis, Male or Female, for a specific race is provided. Adjusted Jump approach Max Run Rate & Max Step Distance values are determined to match actual measured Run Way distance & Run Time for the selected Run Steps. Vertical Calculations include takeoff position & orientation from cross bar or vault box, proper angle & orientation at takeoff, height obtained, proper orientation for clearance, & wind effects. Throw Approach Analysis calculations use calculated values for specified Approach Time, Number of Turns, & Time Constant include Competitor Approach Distance, Implement Approach Rate, Approach Angle Velocity, Approach Angle Acceleration, & Time per Turn. Specified Inputs for Throw Analysis include Vertical Acceleration, Approach Velocity, Throw Rate, Incidence Angle, Wind Velocity, & Implement Related Data. Throw Analysis results include Throw Distance & Height Attained, Horizontal Force & Velocity, Vertical Force & Velocity, Flight Path Angle, Throw Release Velocity, Attitude Angle, & Throw Time. Specific values are used to estimate strength levels required. Training Plans are created using Create Plan Menu.
